Would the Auto Fossil restore macro/autobots be considered malicious to use, or are we free to?

for those unaware,
I'm talking about the bot that restores the fossil mini-game for you, not a bot for auto mining the fossils.

It's definitely not allowed and from what I've heard people have been punished for using it. ^^ Basically anything that controls your mouse you should be wary of using (the only exception here is dyelite.)
