Increase Silk and Fabric stacks

I propose an increase in silk and fabric stacks to 20. I feel like these take up a lot of space when doing weaving and tailoring and it could be a decent QoL adjustment.

in addition to Fabric and Silk, any capacity increases probably ought to be extended to Plates created through Refining, as those suffer from the exact same problem.
