Unable to Rebirth

I am unable to rebirth my character. No matter what changes, if any, the game won't allow it. The error; "The selected option is incompatible with the current Character Card. Please purchase a Character Card or select another appearance."

Is there a fix for this?

1. How long has it been since last rebirth/creation?
2. are you choosing anywhere besides last location?

1. Haven't Rebirthed/ about a week since character creation.
2. Still get the error whether its Tir Chonaill, Iria, or last location.

You must wait 2 weeks between rebirths (including character creation).
