If I were to delete my current Shire that I started the game with, would I receive a new Shire card? I just want to remake my Shire with new look and name before I getting much further in the game and want to know if this is possible.

No, the pet card you start with are a one off thing, same with elf and giant assistant cards. Don't bother with deleting pets, you can easily buy more of them in-game.

Indeed, with Shyla and our red coin system which is essentially a spit in the face of the freemium mabinogi hosted by nexon, you are able to buy pet whistles. As many as you'd like for your purposes up to the character limit! To get red coins just kill enemies and pick them up when they drop!

All monsters drop coins. You're not too low level, go to iria and kill the foxes there!
