Got these strange shoes out of a gacha, I can't find them on the mabinogi world wiki anywhere at all.

Their model looks like these

but with less details on the shoes.

Am I just bad at searching or are these like a beta version of those shoes?

Those are shoes from Japan-only Shakugan no Shana event, the crinoline shoes are actually just slightly remodeled versions for all the other servers.

There is a lot of Shakugan no shana items that got remodeled.
