Disconnecting time

i notice when i got disconnected i have to wait around 10-20 min before i can login back on again, i have send disconnecting request but it doesnt work. is this server related?

I noticed this as well. Is there anyway to possible add a feature on the website for "Character Stuck?" to maybe force disconnect ?

It also happens to me but only since the new secondary login server was added.

This is normal, the login server is waiting for the game server to notify it that you've been fully disconnected.

This can take up to 2 hours and is nothing new. It's been a problem with Mabinogi for a long time (and still is to this day).
