Entering houses on the housing channel and character cards are currently broken.
You will not be able to obtain new character cards, and any character cards you have will not appear.
We have diagnosed the issue and it will be fixed in the next maintenance.
Your character cards will re-appear after the problem is resolved.
We plan to do this maintenance tonight, it will not last long.
If you are a new player, we're sorry about the inconvenience.
You will obtain your first character card after you sign in after the maintenance is complete.
