The ability to create 1k Finest and Fine Handmade Arrow bundles are much needed to give finest and fine handmade arrows a better reason to exist in the game, and a better reason for them to be created by those with the Handicraft ability.

The stats on the finest and fine handmade arrows are something that I think people would enjoy if they had access to bundles of one thousand. The convenience of the regular 1k arrow bundles seem to completely overshadow the stats that come with the finest and fine handmade arrows, therefore, I think giving access to creating a 1k finest and fine handmade arrow bundle would help in giving relevance and effectiveness to their existence in the game, and relevance to their creation through Handicrafting.

An alternative, which I've also considered, is a buff to finest and fine handmade arrows which would then really offer you a choice of either the convenience of 1k regular arrow bundles, or the better stats from finest and fine handmade arrows. I don't believe that the current stats on the finest and fine handmade arrows are capable of being a truly effective alternative to the 1k regular arrow bundles.

I'd love to use them but i feel giving them a quiver of 500 would be a little more balanced
