MabiPro: The Authentic Old-School Mabinogi Experience

Reasons:

• This update is all bug fixes.
• Skills
• Restoration no longer randomly stops working until a server restart. The heal-over-time and the cures now land on every cast.
• Restoration Masters can cast Restoration without a wand.
• Rank-up AP costs now match the skill books for Sand Burst (ranks 5 and 4), Mana Shield (rank 5) and Handicraft (ranks 5 and 4).
• Handicraft: after untraining, ranking back up from 6 to 5 and 5 to 4 no longer stalls. You get the reward book directly instead of being sent back to a quest you already completed.
• Rune table: imbuing runestones works again after a Runecrafting rank has been lost and regained.
• Rebirth grants demigod skill EXP to all six demigod skills, not just Awakening of Light.
• Casino Skill Shop now sells the actual Arrow Revolver (it was selling Trainee's Revolver), stops at Rank 1, and correctly refuses giant-only skills for humans and elves.
• Mill: grinding a Silver Gem into Magic Powder now yields the 10 the button advertises. Salve's button now says x10.
• Quests and missions
• Alby Special: Secrets to Healthy Living , collecting Sunlight Herbs now counts toward the objective.
• Blood in the Water: the warp at the end of the river now lands you inside the boss seal
• Emain Macha restaurant part-time job can be turned in again , the "Report" button had gone missing.
• Barri and Coill party quest board rewards are now actually granted on completion.
• Arrow Revolver page 8 no longer reports as expired / "no enchantment option".
• Ideal Types: Kristell and Trefor accept "Dilys" and "Tarlach" again.
• Pierrick: answering "No" now declines the clash instead of dropping you into Bryce's fight.
• Manus and Oui no longer try to hand you a Shadow Mission while you already hold one
• The "Eliminate 1 Hellhound" quest description is now in English and names the right dungeon (Math).
• Stuck-in-conversation fixes , every one of these used to leave you frozen in a dialogue until you relogged or changed channel.
• Meriel's Giant tutorial lessons no longer trap you at the end of an explanation, and "Hear explanation again" actually repeats the lesson instead of ending it.
• Deian's pig farm part-time job , declining it, or asking again after already doing it that day, no longer locks you in.
• Partner Clothes shopping (bond 5+) no longer freezes, and "Back" goes back.
• Alpin (Tara) can be spoken to again.
• Leslie: a placed bid can be cancelled again.
• Items, crafting and recipes
• Skeletal Hounds now drop a Blood Vial where a valueless armor piece was dropping instead.
• Mana Conjuror can now be enchanted onto MabiPro's own magic weapons: the Yggdrasil Staff, the Gem Canes, the Cenae and Druid staves, the Fae Elementalist staves, Hermit's Staff and the Lightning Elven Long Bow.
• Wooden Stick accepts its own upgrades again.
• Tracy's lumber-axe upgrades now show proper names and descriptions instead of raw text keys.
• Beginner's Dreamcatcher can be destroyed, so a duplicate no longer sits in your inventory forever.
• Lotte Sporty Sun Cap (Iria Zombie Event reward) is tradeable.
• Autumn Gachapon deals the tradeable Lady Waffle Cone Bow instead of a bound headdress, and the Chocolate Waffle Cap / Headdress labels are the right way round.
• Dragon egg: the whelp hatches into a free accessory slot. If both slots are full the egg refuses to hatch instead of being consumed for nothing.
• Cooking contest: the market now sells the tea leaves the tea recipes need, so drawing a tea dish is no longer an automatic loss.
• Recipe text fixes (the recipes themselves are unchanged, the descriptions were wrong): Dustin Silver Knight Greave lists the right fabric and silk grades; Wakizashi and Tanto say Braid, which is what they take; the Yggdrasil Sword, Staff and Shield manuals say Ore Fragment; the Illusion Wand rune-table button lists the full recipe, including the Magic Rubies.
• Shops, NPCs and pets
• Lorraine's "Buy Stone" shop no longer opens empty.
• Nekojima's Cat's Eye exchange list works again.
• Shyla's Magic Closet button shows its real size (7x9).
• Clover Pig whistle is named and described as a Clover Pig , it was easy to confuse with the Herb Pig whistle.
• Duncan's skill reset explanation now says total level 300, matching the actual requirement.
• Khiara's potion (A Guild of Miscreants) no longer prints a developer message in your chat.
• Tracy (Dugald Aisle logging camp) now speaks English.
• Dunbarton library bookshelf: pets no longer see a raw text key when they inspect it.
• NPC relationship readout shows the NPC's Stress correctly instead of repeating Favor.
• Phoenix can now use its Fireball command.
• Pygmy Ice Dragon: the Frozen Blast command has been removed , it could never actually be cast and only ever said "can't do that".
• Stability
• Fixed a latent cause of server crashes.
• Several server-side skill adjustments could silently switch off after an engine hiccup and stay off until the next restart. They now recover on their own.
• Closed a handful of loopholes in NPC shops and partner interactions that allowed things they were never supposed to allow.
• Client
• Ego healing wand: the Restoration duration bonus now displays correctly. The server always applied it; the client was showing the shorter, unboosted duration.
