Nobody is surprised that this is a mild salt thread, as many people who have done G1 absolutely hate it. Between the tedious running back and forth, boring solo dungeons, and the requirement to wait until Saturday to make progress...it's just not a whole lot of fun, especially if you're on a time limit or even have stuff to do on the weekends. In fact, the only interesting part of G1 are the RP dungeons which are in between massive amounts of repetitive travel.
My suggestion? Allow us to skip G1 at level 50. With two week rebirths, level 100 is only for the people who are incredibly invested in the time sink to do it in one life and it's a bit much, but two weeks is also a lot of time to just wait. Level 50 shows a players dedication and would just be a really nice thing to skip such a tedious quest line. Most players are undoubtedly also veterans, who have done G1 at least once and while I don't think having played the live Mabi before should entitle you to anything, I do think most would appreciate skipping the tutorial generation.
This all stems from me being unable to do a certain quest for a entire week (with once a day checking, and spamming a keyword) as well as me having done G1 twice before this, and having just gotten disconnected during the Goro's Ring quest (where I was struggling hard due to my desire to rush through G1). There is a lot of fun to be had in the game, and for those that want to do G1 I definitely think it should be there for them to do, but for those of us who just want to get on with the game and go to the more fun parts of it; please allow us to skip it in a single life.
I just want to have fun ;-;
